India Limited had organised a contest with the aim to improve its
services and understand its customers' need.
The contest did not require the customers to buy any product,
rather just fill a form indicating their preferences for certain
products and their expectations in terms of product availability
from Dialforhealth Pharmacies.
The winners were chosen through a lucky draw. The uniqueness
of the contest was that the lucky draw was conducted by one of
the contestants.
