Badh Padmasan.gif (2537 bytes) Sit on the ground and stretch your legs forward. Hold the right foot with both hands and fold the leg at the knee. Then place the foot on the left thigh. Similarly fold the left leg and place it on the right thigh. Keep the body erect. Take your arms to the back. Cross them so that you can hold your right foot with left hand and left foot with right hand. Keep the breathing normal.                            
Badh Padmasana is good for body joints. It enhances digestive system, improves appetite and cures constipation.
