Pawan Muktasana

Lie flat on your back on a mat. Exhale and stop breathing. Lift up one of your leg and bend it so that the knee touches your chin. Press the leg in a way that your stomach and chest feel the pressure. As long as you can hold your breath remain in this position. Straighten your leg and breathe slowly. Repeat with the other leg and then with both legs. Pawan-muktasan.gif (19423 bytes)
