Sarvangasan

Lie down on a mat in a relaxed posture. Place your palms against the floor. While pushing the palms against the floor, gradually raise your legs. Don't bend the knees. Swing your legs back over your head. Support your lower back with your hands. Slowly bend your knees so that your forehead touches them.Place your palms on the mat, gradually roll back and lower the legs to the floor.  sarvangasan.gif (10878 bytes)
Sarvangasan should be performed along with sinhasana.
Increased blood circulation due to this asana enables the thyroid glands to receive a good blood supply. If boils in the mouth have just started, this asana is very effective. Dark circles around the eyes and pimples disappear. Through perspiration and urine the poisons in the body flow out.
