Uddiyana Bandha

Normally when we breathe in, our stomach goes in. But in this asana while breathing out (during expiration), pull your stomach in. Hold yourself in this position as long as you are able to keep the breath easily. Repeat after a few seconds break. Close your mouth and inhale. Loosen all your muscles.

Uddiyana Bandha keeps away gastro-intestinal disorders, which are the cause of many throat problems.
