Pranayam.gif (13478 bytes)  Sit straight with your legs folded. Take in a deep breath slowly  through the nose. Hold the breath  for few seconds and then  exhale it slowly through the nose. Repeat this breathing exercise  for few minutes.

 Pranayam is an excellent exercise for the lungs. It strengthens  the lungs and makes them disease free. Pranayam purifies blood.  People suffering from asthma and other heart and lung ailments  benefit the most.
