Tanasana

Tanasan@2.gif (6889 bytes)  Lie flat on your back on a mat. Breathe normally and remain in  this position for a few seconds. Entangle both hands and place  them on the stomach. Inhale and hold the breath. Raise the  entangled hands, stretch them to the back of your head to place  them on the ground. Stretch your self and pull the toes a little  forward. Exhale slowly and bring the entangled hands forward,  placing them back on the stomach.At the end of tanasana, keep  lying on your back with hands on the sides.Move your legs as if
cycling.Perform it for few minutes .
