Food sources
Tea is a rich source of fluorine. One cup of brewed black tea contains from 1 - 4 mg of fluorine. Seafood is also a good source of fluorine.

Fluorine plays a very important role in maintaining bones and teeth enamel.

Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)
There is no RDA for fluorine. The recommended range is 1.5 to 4 mg per day.
